On Saturday, October 25 at 10:00 PM ET, MXC will transition from on-premises hosting to a modern, cloud-based infrastructure. During this transition, MX Connect will be unavailable until 9:00AM ET on Sunday 10/26.
This migration is an important step forward for MXC as we continue to invest in stability, scalability, and security of our product and services. It enables faster growth in transaction capacity, improved reliability and uptime through dedicated high-availability architecture, and stronger protection with continuously updated infrastructure.
Months of extensive planning, testing, and validation have prepared us for this change, including full migrations of all non-production environments. We anticipate a smooth transition, however you may experience brief service disruption or performance degradation during or shortly after the migration window.
Our technology teams will be actively and closely monitoring the migration in real time and are ready to respond quickly to minimize any disruption to business operations and customers.
